Description
Since the door of my dishwasher always falls by itself, I have constructed this spacer. Now the dishwasher can dry out perfectly after each wash.
The thickness of the front panel is 19.2 mm and the total thickness including the door of the dishwasher is 49.5 mm.
Materials and methods
The spacer is printed with the following settings:
- filament of PLA with 2,85 mm diameter
- nozzle with 0,4 mm diameter
- layer thickness of 0,1 mm
- wall thickness of 0,8 mm
- 20 % filling
- some felt to dampen the impact of the door
