playing around with the cool http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:49865
In 3dcoat i could adjust the windshield shape to my desire.
The inner structure is strengthened with the toothpaste command, super.
For the windshield i used a brim to keep it to the glass platform...
the body skin i did with support type Touching buildplate, cutoff object bottom 0.3 mm
...print it slowly ...scale 1.01 to fit the plafil1
