This openscad code and models solves the Challenge: "Puzzled?" Design both a puzzle and its packaging..
With the following parameters:
"Water" and "Enclose"

The water parameter inspired the shapes that would be included with this puzzle. Have fun trying to create the water creature shapes on the card using all 7 of the tangram tiles.

The Enclose parameter inspired the packaging concept where the puzzle pieces are enclosed by a boarder held together by tiny break away tabs. The puzzle is a flat card until the parts are snapped apart.

I have uploaded 3 different size sets, 30mm, 50mm, 70mm. For each size I have included 3 files: Full Set, Puzzle Only, and Water Creature Card Only. If the full set STL does not fit on your printer's bed then use the other two STL files to print the parts one at a time.

You can use the openScad code I have uploaded to modify the size of the puzzle, and other settings for the break away parts.
