2 printed parts, and one addtional metal bayonet mount (see materials below)

Additional materials:
1. A 1/16" Flathead screw driver like this
2. An M39 to Sony Nex Adapter. Has to be same dimension as this one (http://amzn.to/2crG9Hi)
