Description
Various toothbrush stand designs for Oral-B electric toothbrush brush heads:
-hol (hollow)
-vierkant (square)
-bol (half circle)
-schuin (chamfered)
-schuinrond (chamfered-rounded)
The FreeCAD source file is included.
-In FreeCAD the number of pins can be modified by changing the "Array-staaf" object parameter "Number X". The array is shared between the different models and is therefore found only under one model.
-The width of each model can then be adjusted with increments of 20 mm by changing the "Cube-basis-" object parameter "Length".
-Show only the model that you want to print and Hide the other models (Toggle visibility with the spacebar).
-File > Export... the model to .STL or any other format you need to export you adjusted model.
Materials and methods
-Material: Any
-Print core: 0.4 (or smaller is better)
-Layer height: 0.2 (or less is better)
-Infill: 50-100% (the pins are fragile when it falls, so the more infill the better)
-Adhesion: no brim required with heated bed
