Top Prusa i3 Hephestos frame mount for nema17 motor

Use the part to mount nema17 (e.g. extruder) on the top of Prusa i3 Hephestos frame

I use a couple of these mounts to put my extruders on top of the frame after I installed e3d chimera dual hotend and converted extruder into bowden.

- 2 m3x10 screws
- 2 m3 nuts
