All parts can be printed with no support. Might need a bit of sanding to have a perfect match, but it works quite well on my prusa I3 with no post-processing. Here some settings I used:

- cylinder 1, 2 and 4: 0.3mm layer height, plain

- rapuntzel top (remix from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:394252 ): 0.2mm layer height, plain. Using a fan would give better results, but mine was broken. Also, preferably print with 30 or 40 infill...mine is a bit too heavy

- castle top (remix from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:28607 ): 0.3mm layer height, plain - again an infill of 30 or 40 would be better

- base: printing plain is here better - gives more stability is not used on a duplo plate
Enjoy ! My daugthers love it !

PS: The castle tower has two colors here...just because the first print failed halfway through, and I printed the second part in a different color before gluing them together ;)
