Description
Week 8βs challenge was to design a puzzle and its packaging. The different parameters were water/land and reveal/enclose. Our interpretation of this was that we had to use both of them so in our design we incorporated all of these ideas.
Our solution was based off a puzzle that is called the tunnel cube. Our packaging we made with an island and as well waves on the side of the packaging. The way it incorporates the constraints is that it is a puzzle that reveals the inside of it but as well looks as if it is enclosed. The packaging incorporates the water and land aspect was that the top of the packaging has an island and the sides of the packaging have waves. The way it meets the design problem is that we changed a puzzle that is supposed to be made with playing cards into a puzzle that could be 3d printed and as well as its packaging.
