Description

Based on hreedijk's request I designed a minimal printhead carriage to support two extrusion heads. This model got the same M14x1 thread so you can use the same cap & tightening bolt I made for the original one.
Sorry for the lame object - I just started to learn Fusion 360 what I used to model the carriage.
I just printed it out but did not test at all.

Much obliged. I just wanted to check my hole geometry is correct for the dual extruder. i.e. for shrinkage

Quaylie, Despite the modelling problem, i've had much success using this when printed with Colorfabb XT filament (245˚C temp)

Has anyone had any success with this component yet?

This model is designed wrong, the two bowden holes need to be on a side with a low bearing hole. just take one of the current bowden holes and move it to the opposite corner (this makes it possible to have both nozzles on the right side of the printer and the fan on the left side, as it should be) currently, this will put 2 nozzles on the front or back of the printer, leaving no place for the cooling fan.
