Description

Replace the hot end spring with this spacer to help with retraction issues and PTFE deforming issues.

May need to experiment with your temp and speed settings to get a nice fit.

When installing, the fat end goes in the top alloy plate.

Result:: less problems with the extruder
Feedback:: i use a short piece of bodentube with some male m7 thread as sleave for the teflon copler. when the teflon copler is broken cut its sleave and give it female m7 thread. Now you can give it some tension by turning the teflon copler.
