UM2 swappable printhead for E3D direct hotend

Based on my UM2 swappable printhead https://www.youmagine.com/designs/um2-swappable-printhead I made one for the E3D hotend

Commercial use is allowed, you must attribute the creator, you may remix this work and the remixed work should be made available under this license.

Choose a material with a melting point >100°C (e.g. ABS)
