Description
Instruction to make a table top lamp 600mm in height with a 288 led colourful arduino display.
I chose to use a 2" x 1" (50.8mm x 25.4mm) aluminium rectangular box section as this was cheaper than pvc trunking and would dissipate any heat. (care must be taken to avoid any contacts touching the aluminium).
The strips are 1m 144/m ws2812B cut to 500mm and wired from the middle strip to the outer left and the other to the outer right in series.
Materials and methods
600mm aluminium rectangular section 2"x1" (50.8mm x 25.4mm)
2 x 1m ws2812B addressable led strips 144/m
Vero stripboard and 5.5mm 2.1mm panel mount plug
MAX4466 mic module (optional)
Arduino esp32 NodeMCU or esp8266 NodeMCU
