What a great idea! Thank you for posting this. I use the commercial ones and like them. I'll give this a whirl. Maybe in PETG so they will flex a bit around the screw.

Great looking supports. Nice curves. I used some bearing/pulley assemblies we had at work. The filament rolls out smoothly.

<p>I too had the motor lead break internally. Printrbot sent a new motor quickly, but I printed a chain to make it unlikely that it happens again. I didn't want to remove the motor to attach the chain support, so I printed just the rear portion and epoxied it to the motor end plate. Very secure and it leaves the rest of the motor exposed for cooling purposes. </p>
