HI @Antoine_Mercadal we printed as it is in 1) without any supports. The way its angled you dont need any supports. You just need to have a brim to ensure it doesn't fall over

@tomulinek this cover just helps you manage these issues alittle better, It doesn't eliminate it. It would reduce the air borne particles by confining them within the case to a extent. An analogy would be like if you were to leave a printer printing in a small room. Though it is no hermatically sealed, occupant outside the room benefits from not being directly exposed to possible emissions. If you are after a full system I think the people at 3dprintclean offers enclosures with hepa filters

Hi @MartinFerguson. Yes we would recommend sourcing a local plastics fabricator to help you fabricate the using the plans provided. We make ours via Regency Plastics in Victoria, who charge us about $275 inc GST to make them. We also sell the covers but not available interstate as we have recently found out that the covers don't travel well via courier.

Hi @valcrow , fantastic model. Thank you for sharing. Been following your instructions closely but Do you have any tips on preventing this blobbing at the tips of the engines? Is it something to do with cool head lift? It was set to 10mm/s min speed http://postimg.org/image/l53f8ki3x/ Thank you in advance

been meaning to print this for a long time now. I finally got my steel nozzle for my UM2. What resolution do you recommend I slice the files at? I notice the files are designed in a certain way with what looks like the best orientation to print with integrated supports already in the files. Are all the files able to print as it is? support free? they are quite long prints at 0.2mm resolution at 100% infill

@bnagel well there are the non meshmixer files you can use to generate your own supports. If you do create your own supports that works better, it would be nice if you can kindly share with the community. Good Luck
