@charger 01, you should turn your heater block by 90 degrees so the duct does not hit it.

Hi Peter, cool stuff. I have created something similar witha different ball joint system. Do you feel that it wears out after some time (so it gets loose after a while)? Mine was pretty tight at the begining but after a while of rubbing and grinding it get's smooth and does not grip anymore...
