+ sign for Ultimaker 2+ and 2+ Extended

If you had a UM2 or UM2 Extended that you upgraded to the + version, you might notice the plus sign can fall off over time.
This fixed it for me :0)
Its 6 of them and takes about 2 or 3 mins to print.
