We are using this design to cut multiple visor frames from 1/4" (5mm) ABS flat sheet. The design is "flattened out" so that we can nest a large number on the laser. When a batch comes off we heat the corners and bend them to the final shape. The design suggests a jig but we are finding that heating the corner and then just placing it on top of a template and cooling the corner with a damp towel works great once you get the hang of it.
Design uploaded is for 8-1/2" x 11" transparency with holes punched 1/2" to either side of where holes would normally be punched. Do this by offsetting the paper 1/2" and punching then flipping the paper end for end and punching again.
