Food printing: japanese waves pattern for meringue pie

This 3d file is inspired by a traditional pattern in Japan. His name is Seigaiha, which can be translated as Waves of the Blue Ocean. This pattern represents fan-shaped waves of the open sea. The name originates from the gagaku ancient court dance called Seigaiha, in which the dancers wear costumes with this pattern.
The pattern is fractured to leave a flaw, an opening for the fruits of this pie.
We have successfully printed this design in meringue, royal icing and chocolate.
