6dof planar flexure
A flexure is a flexible element (or combination of elements) engineered to be compliant in specific degrees of freedom. This is a 6dof planar flexure (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flexure) i.e. it has 3 linear indpendent motions (x,y,z) and 3 rotational modes e.g. Euler angles.
