UPDATE - 28/01/2015 - I've added two additional templates with measuring scales.

I've designed this Laser Spot Test paper template to use during the test and an complaining video to help new users through the tests.

PLEASE TAKE EXTREME CARE IF YOU RUN THE TEST WITH THE HOOD UP AS DESCRIBED IN THE VIDEO. DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY INTO THE LASER  & PLEASE WEAR LASER EYE PROTECTION.
