熱収縮しがちなネジ穴を仕上げるための
M12用のタップのホルダを作る場合
タップの柄の直径 d=8.5 mm
柄の四角柱の１辺 K=6.45 mm
穴の収縮と遊びを考慮した係数 c=1.045 (3Dプリンターに依存。穴の半径が小さいときはcが大きくなる。)
穴の半径 r=d*c/2=4.44 mm
四角穴の外接円の半径 s=K*c/√2=4.77 mm
