Just a small clarification. The "Mj189 Hand Wheel * Base" through hole is designed to have a smaller diameter than the lead screw so that it can be screwed onto the threaded part of the lead screw. This will fix the base and whole assembly in place and allow it to be locked down by the outer lock nut. The original wheels have threaded inserts that solve this.

@mifga, the handle and metal socket is a good press fit for me so I didn't see the need for a more elaborate solution. I use ABS for these handles and the plastic compresses slightly when mated so the socket stays firmly in place. To be honest though I found the male part of the adapter to be a tiny bit too small, so it won't hold the socket as well as the handle does but your mileage may vary. We are probably talking about 0.1-0.2mm here. (A general tip is to keep some polyethylene tape on the shelf. It's excellent in 3D printing when you want to get rid of some play or when you have two parts sliding against eachother.)

The STL files is version 104, while the source is 105. The difference is just some cleanup in the code.
