Uses these quick release plates:<br>https://www.youmagine.com/designs/manfrotto-200pl-compatible-quick-release-plate<br><br>The springs are a bit fiddly to insert and the surfaces of the "stamp" and it's hole need to be smooth.<br><br>It helps to insert the ballpoint ben spring and stamp into the base first.<br>Then bend the arms of the cloth peg spring outward.<br>Then insert it into the arm and the M5 bolt into the base.<br>Then combine both while keeping the stamp down.
