Description
A bottlecap for a 28mm PET bottle. Like common standard 1l, 1.5l and 2l coke bottles.
I've included the source file (Sketchup 8).
You can print this solid or with 20% infill (as in photo, left cap).

Sungod3k commented agoI also though about o ring but I first tried it without one. The normal caps have a little plastic seal in and outside of the bottle opening. So I was trying to just remodel that but its taking some time to find and exact fit.
Ill print yours and see how it compares to mine and report back.

The inner circle inside the bottle cap compresses a little over or in the top of your bottle. You can make this slightly higher, more sloped (in your design software of choice) or you can add a fitting thin rubber washer if the top of your bottle is really rough.
Sungod3000 commented agoHi great design. Does this cap seal correctly? Im trying this myself and having some trouble getting is watertight.
