Description
I bought a couple of Dinkum FlexiJoints on a sale and got one of them in pieces - the 1/4 UNC threaded endcap was missing from it so I have designed one.
Materials and methods
Required parts:
- 1 pc 1/4 UNC nut
- 1 pc 1/4 1.5" UNC socket cap bolt
Assembly:
- put the nut to the top of the plug
- screw in the bolt from the bottom, tighten it slightly
- remove the last piece of the mount
- push the assembled plug from the wider opening of the joint piece - the verge will keep it in place
- fix the plug by screwing the cap on the plug
- push the last joint back
