Description
When using a front-mounted PLA fan with the Wanhao Duplicator 4S 3D printer, there is a chance that it will hit the door covering the front of the machine.
To solve this we designed a frame that will offset the door by 20mm and allow for a fan to be mounted on the front of the extruder carriage.
Materials and methods
4 M3x40mm screws
1 ds4_frame_lower_left
1 ds4_frame_upper_left
1 ds4_frame_upper_right
1 ds4_frame_lower_right
4 ds4_frame_connector_bracket (This parts interlocks the four parts of the frame)
1 ds4_frame_door_lock (locks the door in place while closed)
6 ds4_frame_lock_bracket (Keeps the frame in place)
