Remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:523193. I scaled it up 3x, hollowed it out, and cut a hole in it to fit an LED tea light. The hole is a bit over-sized, so it should fit most tea lights.

Materials and methods
Infill: 100%
I used 3 perimeters at 0.28mm width, so I made the shell 0.84mm. Infill likely won't matter, but if you're using different perimeter settings, consider printing with 100% infill just to ensure the shell is solid. No need for support.
