Description
This method of aiming the links worked great when doing it at night, very quickly got a solid 300 megabit link over a smaller lake (approx 400 meters) for a LAN my brother hosted with his organization Mys och Spel, http://mysochspel.se :-)
The wireless links i got is called Ubiquiti NanoBeam M5-400, but the range are now named PowerBeam, this should fit most of the PowerBeams but i have only tried it on part nr PBE-M5-400.
You need a laser sight with a 25,4mm (1 inch) body, i used a green one for visibility.
