Here is the opportunity impress your loved ones with a delicious & dead simple cookie.
Materials and methods
Although I have documented the process on images but maybe some of you are favors the ordinary recipes so here it is:
Shopping list
- puff pastry or butter puff pastry
- apricot jam
- strawberries
- cream cheese
- vanilla extract
- sugar
- icing sugar
HOWTO
- print the STLs first using food safe PLA :)
- start the oven: preheat to 190 ℃
- mix 250 g cream cheese with a tablespoon of vanilla extract and 6 tablespoons of sugar
- heat up ~4-5 tablespoons of apricot jam in a microwave to transform it into liquid form (1 minute is enough)
- wash & cut the strawberries into halves
- cut the pastry using the cutting forms
- apply some jam on the pastry with a brush
- fold the outer corners of the pastry squares to the middle
- push a tablespoon from the creamcheese mix onto the middle of the pastry
- add two strawberry halves on top of the cream cheese
- fold a baking paper into a baking tray and put the cookies to the baking paper
- bake them for ~15 minutes (until they are starting to be brownish)
- use a sieve to spread some icing sugar on the freshly baked cookies
- rinse the cutting forms and gift it to somebody who deserves
