Description
This is a aouter accessory for dremel, with a guide.
Two rods help to maintain the guide, while a threaded rod is used to trim the distance of the router cut. The router is screwed to the dremel.
Please note that the photograph shows a smaller guide wheel than the actual one (I scaled it up after my print, for the ease of use).
Materials and methods
The threaded rod is maintained on the router with a captive nut (8 mm ext. diam).
The two other rods are forcefully inserted in the guide.
A nut is placed between the wheel and its counter wheel; the two pieces are then glued together. Do not forget to place the guide between them before gluing. :)
