This is a rocket for use with Make Magazine's Air Rocket Launcher (http://makezine.com/projects/make-compressed-air-rockets-kit/).  This launcher is intended for use with a paper rocket, but you can use this template to create a more durable rocket capable of being launched to the same height (~60m or 200 ft).

The rocket template is parametric so you can change the design very easily.
