This BOAT called STRIDR is an excellent way of learning the concept of THRUST. This is the same force airplanes and many more vehicles use to move. Inflate the balloons and regulate how much air scapes through the valve. Place it on the water and use the rudders to control its direction.

Read the PDF for full instructions on a true Engineering Bill Of Materials style (BOM). Note that for post-processing of the valve, you will need to cut off the wall between the nozzles (added for stability purposes)
Additional items you will need are:
3-off Rubber Balloons
4-off M3x8 screws
Note that in order to form the seal between the "screw" and the "Valve" you can cut the nozzle of a balloon and form an O-Ring
