In case of cut-out it is obvious, end plug design is mine.

Description

Ends of my handlebars are so damaged that plugs attached to foam grips, were impossible to pressfit, so I designed ones which should be easy to fit and will quite well lock in place. They were designed for bars with 20mm inside diameter.

Materials and methods

I printed them using Fiberlogy Fiberflex 40D, with 2 shells, 25% triangular infill and no supports.
I think that any flexible material should be a good choice, I wouldn't create it from something brittle like pla.
