This bar was created to insulate the following curing box:

Insulating weather strip can be attached on the bar to insulate a box. The model is parametric and can therefore be modified to suit your needs by modifying the OpenSCAD script.
You might have to cut the model into two parts to be able to print it.
Materials and methods
I printed the model using a Lulzbot Mini fused filament fabrication device and PLA Polylite filament. To fit the build area the model was cut in two before printing.
Lulzbot printing parameters used:
Layer height (mm): 0.38
Fill density (%): 20%
Printing temperature (C): 205
Bed temperature (C): 60
No supports or raft used.
