Description
COVID-19 Reusable respirator. FFP1...3+ Depends on fabric.
Exhaust valve made of latex glove or something like.
Remove thin walls at nose region of mask. That walls are supprts for printing.
Inhale by nose and mouth, exhale by mouth through exhaust tube. Using this way allows you to breath with fresh air .
Materials and methods
PETG, PLA.
Print , then remove thin walls at nose curve. cut exhaust tube if needed.
assmble with screws
For good obturation turn base ring with filter fabric, so it allignes to your fase tightly.
Then plase fabric over mask basket fix it with fixing ring, outer side of filter turn over basket apply base rint and assemble with screws.
Valve is made of come thin resin, latex glove os smth. like. Lay it over exhaust tube and fix with screws. test exhaust it must be light.
