This will attach a sensor to the bottom of the Y-carriage of the printer. It is designed to hold the bracket either on the front or the rear of the carriage and route around the hotend mount. Replace one of the M5x25 screws that hold on the wheels with an M5x30 and place the bracket on the screw, then the nut below the bracket. I only made a "left" model, if you want to attach it to the "right" side, you will need to modify the model by flipping the upper part of the bracket.
I printed mine in PLA with 20% infill and one perimeter at a .2 layer height. You will likely want to flip the model so that it prints on edge on your printer. I did not need support material for the holes.
The original file is in FreeCad format.
