I wanted to make a relatively cheap and easy to put together tool that could be used to help shape the corner of a wall.
Description
Wall cornering trowel that can be used to help shape drywall during construction or any other application where a 90 degree angle is needed to be shaped.
Print the two parts separately and then slide the handle into either end of the main tool part and they should fit snugly. Glue is recommended but not necessary.
Materials and methods
PLA or any other rigid material
0.15mm layer height for both parts is sufficient, even 0.20mm works fine.
Use supports only on the handle part
Once the supports are taken off of the handle part and the handle is sanded smooth, insert it into either side of the main part until snug. It is recommended to use glue but is not necessary.
