JD's - Bowden style mount bracket (Prusa I3 Rework)
For 1.75mm filament. Fits E3Dv5 hot end. Use a 4mm or ANSI 10-32 size push-to-connect fitting on the top for 4mm tube. Clamp screw holes are for 4-40 but can use 2.5mm also. It's very strong & lightweight w/ little or no flex.
