These should work well with 15mm or 18mm figures. Of course, they can be scaled to whatever you need.

Moonbase:
Print 2 hinges and 1 of everything else.
Hinge should be glued to each wing.
Use 1.75mm filament as a hinge pin.

Saucer
Print 4 legs and 1 of everything else.
