Multi-Tier Jewelry Holder
This design has four tiers of small geometric bowls that can hold jewelry or any small items. It's takes up minimal desk space and the multiple tiers allow it to hold a lot of jewelry/trinkets.

Description
This project was completed as part of a 3D printing course at Michigan Technological University. Assuming a standard roll of PLA filament costs $22, this part costs $2.84 to print. This is a savings of $95.16 compared to the jewelry holder I used as inspiration.
Each tier is printed individually. The posts are also printed individually and snap-fit to the bowls. For assembling the four tiers and posts, you do not need any glue or other fasteners. The largest tier (first tier) is 154mm in diameter and the other three tiers are smaller in diameter. The largest bottom tier takes approximately 3 hours to print using a MOST- Athena Delta printer and the smallest top tier takes approximately 25 minutes.
Materials and methods
This was printed using 1.75mm PLA filament. All four tiers and the posts were successfully printed using the following parameters:
-Bed temperature: 200 degrees C
-Layer height: 0.2mm
-Shell thickness: 1mm
-Bottom/top thickness: 1mm
-Fill density: 50%
-Print speed: 80mm/s
-Support type: none
