Description
New Update V2.0. Door can be opened over 270° now.
The following parts have been revised:
Hinge Down V2.0
Hinge top V2.0
Plexiglas holder top V2.0
Plexiglas holder down V2.0
Ultimaker 2
Swap left side against M3 x 25mm screws and fit existing Plexiglas holder to the top and bottom Plexiglas holder
Plexiglas disc
Remove the cap on the top left and top hinge mount component + plexiglass attachment
Remove the bottom left hook and mount hinge component below
Remove the bottom right hook
Inner diameter of 0.24 drawn greater

- Because my printer is the Extended version of the UM2 it was necessary to extract the hinge component shapes from the STL file and incorporate them as linear extrusion elements in a OpenSCAD drawing. With this OpenSCAD source I could then create a longer 3 hinge version for the Ultimaker 2. Also created a magnetic latch for the door in OpenSCAD as well as a knob.
