Description
An advanced version of the standard mount bracket for the y-axis motor.
A very simple way to install and remove. You need only screwdriver.
It is easy to adjust the position of the belt in a straight line.
Suitable for threaded rods 10 mm in diameter. Distance between center of rods should be 20 mm. Stepper motor shaft is at height 29 mm.
How to assemble.
Print two provided stl models. I used the following settings for printing: layer height 0.25 mm, 4/4 solid top/bottom layers, 4 perimeters.
Drill holes for the screws so that they are freely inserted.
Insert nut into the slot.
Screw the main part (p1) to the motor with M3 screws.
Combine the two parts of the mounting bracket near the site of its future position and tighten the screw (not fully).
Align the motor so that the belt will stand in a straight line. To adjust the position of the belt pulley can still be moved
Tighten the screw completely.
