Description
I have a Trek bicycle with Bontrager NCS Fenders and a Bontrager Flare RT Rear Bike Light. While working on my bike I snape the light clean off. Bontrager has them under warranty but I can't afford the downtime right now so I printed myself a replacement.
Materials and methods
This was printed with Black Prusa PETG. Its not the cleanest print but it appeasrs to be pretty strong after I gave it a few seconds under the heat gun. Be wary of the print direction in Z as that will be your weakest axis. (This is why I used the glue gun - re-enforce the bonds).
Print at 100% and it takes about 30 min.
