Here I designed a shaving brush holder with quick change system in FreeCAD. The holder is attached to a quick-change plate, so it can be removed for cleaning quickly and without tools. The small video below explains the system.

It was important to me during the development that it would not be a holder for a specific shaving brush, but of course I can not guarantee that every brush fits, if yours doesn't, I can adapt the holder to whom I have time.

The quick-release plate is fixed with 3 to 4mm countersunk screws or glued to a wall or tile with double-sided adhesive tape.
It is important that the drying time of the tape is kept, depending on the adhesive it can last up to 72 hours or 3 days, furthermore the surface should be free of dust and grease.

The components can be printed from PLA or PETG, but all components should be made from the same material. Since PETG is more flexible, the spring mechanism will have echoed less.

Mir war es bei der Entwicklung wichtig das es kein Halter für einen Spezifischen Rasierpinsel wird, trotzdem kann ich natürlich nicht garantieren das jeder Pinsel passt, wenn deiner nicht passen sollte, kann ich den Halter anpassen wem ich Zeit habe.

Die Schnellwechselplatte wird mit 3 bis 4mm Senkkopfschrauben befestigt oder mit Doppelseitigen Klebeband an eine Wand / Fließe geklebt.
Es ist wichtig das die Trockenzeit vom Klebeband eingehalten wird, je nach Klebstoff kann diese bis zu 72 Stunden also 3 Tagen Dauern, des weiteren sollte die Oberfläche Staub und Fett frei sein.

Die Bauteile können aus PLA oder PETG gedruckt werden, es sollten jedoch alle Bauteile aus dem selben Material bestehen. Da PETG Flexibler ist wird der Federmechanismus etwas weniger hallt haben.
Der kleine Zylinder wird in das Loch auf der Rückseite vom Rasierpinselhalter eingepresst.
