McMaster-Carr part number
8560K181 Optically Clear Cast Acrylic Sheet, 3/32" Thick, 12" x 12" (about 5 $bucks)
You can use larger one for extended version.
Drill .109 dia hole and tap for 6-32 thread 1/2" from top approx 1" from side edges.
Print STL file, and attach to sheet. DONE! that easy. Move the door to the sides when clearing table. (see pictures - on and off)
Materials and methods
I used polymax PLA from Polymaker. Runs at 205, 75MM/sec, heated bed at 45 (but not required), .06 layer with .06 nozzle
