I printed this thicker version of the bowden clip after having issues with the bowden popping out when using the original clip. The thickness is increased from 1 mm to 2.4 mm.

The thicker clip creates an upward force on the coupler, pushing it into the cone inside the print head thereby pushing the metal knifes inside the coupler against the bowden tube.

I have used it for half a year now and it has been working perfectly.

The model has to be rotated before slicing and can then be scaled in the Z-direction if you need a different thickness.

I recommend to print three at the same time for the plastic to have time cool between the layers.
