I rounder the outside corners to help it from curling up at the corners (through on a part this small it probably wasn't needed). Everything looks bigger on the computer screen.
I also modified the air flow path to be "organic" and I removed the over hang so that this can be printed with no supports. Again, with a part this small, I don't know if it matters.
I need to order longer 2.5mm screws to install this. 16mm long screws should work.

Today I tried to mount this fan duct on my UM2 but once it is installed, there is no room anymore to get the heater and temp sensor cables into the lower plastic part of the head. Is there another way to do this?
