Description
A remake of woodpecker's box clamp - but completely tool free.
Just add an M6 bolt, washer and a wingnut
Materials and methods
easy to print, but don't print both 45 degree faces in the same orientation or they will stick and not slide (that's why I've put them the way they are). Maybe increase infll to 50%

This is the first item I have made on my new soire into 3D printing. I was extremely impressed with the results, as I do a lot of wood working and can see it will be very useful. I guess I need to make a few more, but with larger spacing to take it up to 2" by 2" size.
Thanks again for the inspiration

Very nice design. It seems quite strong. I printed it up-scaled to 125%, but I may do it again, up-scale to 130% to accept larger wood pieces and use a US/imperial bolt size. This upscales very well and all the pieces fit. It certainly doesn't hurt to have 2 or 4. :0))
