Description
A replacement Feeder Back-plate, designed so that the flexible filament has nowhere to escape and is guided down into the nozzle.
Directly replaces the existing back-plate.
Materials and methods
Printed in PLA or material of choice, at 0.1mm layers and 100% infill.
Material Used:- TwoBears PLAtec.
Once printed 1st unload the filament and remove the fan and then the feeder assembly, disassembly and remove the old back plate, reassemble using the new back plate. the groove in the pressure arm bearing should align with the small web aligned with the hole. complete the assembly and check the feeder connector is firmly in place, do a bed levelling check, then proceed to a print.
