A watercooler I designed for the E3D chimera.
The small stock cooler couldn't handle 2x 250°C in a heated chamber at 60°C. The is basically a cup that gets glued onto the original aluminum heatsink. It's designed to fit onto a genuine E3D heatsink I ordered December 2015. I don't know if it will fit to older / newer versions or to a chinese knockoff.

For a perfect fit i resized mine to 1.02 before printing to compensate shrinking from cooling down.

I'd suggest to try some sizes first before commiting to one.

    Materials and methods

    - Genuine E3D Chimera/Cyclops heatsink
    - Aceton or ethanol for cleaning
    - I recommend printing out of Nylon ( I used Taulman 245 )
    - fine grit sandpaper ( 600 )
    - 2 component epoxy glue
    - M5 thread tapper
    - M5 hose connector ( I used 4mm inner dia )

    - optional : hydrochloric acid
